Mini-Series: Beginner Buttercream - Piping and Flowers - June 28th - 10:30 to 12:30pm

This class is part of miniseries of Beginner classes. Students will learn Basic Piping Techniques with Buttercream and a few Buttercream Flowers which includes:

• Type of Buttercream consistencies.
• How to fill and use a piping bag
• Coloring Icing
• Beginner Buttercream Flowers
• Beginner Piping: Dot, pull dots, stars, borders, zigzag, shells, e-motions, mini rosettes
• A small amount of buttercream will be provided for use during the class. 

NOTE: Tips, bags and couplers are NOT included in the class price.  We will thou have them available for use during the class.   You can also purchase these tips in our retail store prior to class.

This class is part of our Mini-Series courses - these classes are generally held in the evenings on a weeknight.  Most classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours in length or less.    A wonderful way to learn specific baking or decorating techniques with specialized mini courses. 

In this class we will not be Making Buttercream or icing a cake.  That will be covered in Cake Course 1 or mini course Basic Buttercream. 

Please Note: Cancellation of a class must be two weeks before the class or there are no refunds or class changes. If you transfer from one date to another, there will be no refund. Only one move to a new date will be allowed.
