This is a single-pack, swift-drying vinyl sealer with outstanding sanding and sealing capabilities. It's ideal for kitchen cabinets and furniture due to its exceptional moisture resistance. Notably, it's free from formaldehyde.
- Apply 3-4 mils wet on sanded surface via spray
- Avoid applying more than 4 mils to prevent sanding issues
- Do not exceed 5 mils per coat
- Sealer's dry film build should not exceed 1 mil
- Total dry film build should not exceed 4 mils
- Ensure application temperature is above 18°C and humidity below 65% for full cure
- Avoid ammonia vapors during drying
- Do not clean finished surface with ammonia-based products
